Adolescent Resources
Teens & young adults (ages 13–19)
Welcome. We’re glad you’re here. Whether you have questions about relationships, are worried about a friend, or are looking for support after something that happened to you, this page is for you. Whatever brings you here, you deserve kindness, respect, and care.
You do not need to have everything figured out or know exactly how to describe an experience before looking for help. If someone has sexually abused or assaulted you, it was not your fault. You can explore this library without sharing your story, and you do not have to work through your questions alone.
Here you’ll find videos, guides, and support organizations covering consent, healthy relationships, online safety, and sexual violence, including on college and university campuses. These resources offer ways to learn, understand your options, and find support for yourself or someone you care about.
Take your time and begin with whatever feels helpful. You can read a little, watch a video, pause, or return another day. We hope you find reassurance, useful answers, and encouragement for the next step that feels right for you.
If you are in immediate danger, call 911 in the U.S. or your local emergency number.
Before sharing personal details, ask what a service must report, especially if you are under 18.
